Shaimaa Oleba, Founder and Chairwoman of SOIC Infinity Solutions International, assumed the role of Strategic Alliances Advisor to the Chairman of Madkour Holding, reflecting SOIC’s expanding role in building major partnerships and strategic alliances across Egypt, Arab markets, and Africa.

Madkour Holding is one of Egypt’s leading companies in integrated engineering solutions across energy, industry, infrastructure, and utilities, with technical and execution experience connected to major national and development projects.

Oleba’s advisory role focuses on supporting the development of strategic alliances, opening new cooperation channels, and connecting Madkour’s technical and execution capabilities with expansion opportunities and projects across Egypt and five Arab and African countries.

The scope of the role includes identifying strategic partners, building institutional communication channels, assessing regional cooperation opportunities, supporting expansion into major projects, and developing alliance models that combine technical expertise, execution capability, financing potential, institutional relationships, and market opportunities.

Oleba confirms that this cooperation reflects a core part of its strategic alliance model. The role goes beyond general business development to include structuring partnerships capable of accessing larger projects, opening new markets, and connecting Egyptian companies with growth opportunities across Arab and African markets.
