XINXING Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. is one of China’s leading industrial companies and a global manufacturer of ductile iron pipes and fittings, with industrial roots dating back to 1971 and an international presence across more than 120 countries. The company also holds strong technical and R&D capabilities, including more than 1,800 patents and active contributions to ductile iron pipe standards.
Our journey with XINXING began before the company officially launched its operations in Egypt. We supported XINXING from the early foundation and market-entry stage by studying the water and wastewater infrastructure sector, mapping customers and projects, analyzing competitors, and developing the right commercial and marketing positioning for the Egyptian market.
After one year of structured planning, continuous follow-up, relationship development, and opportunity building, XINXING established its factory in Egypt within the Suez Canal Economic Zone, transforming from a market-entry opportunity into a local industrial platform capable of serving both the Egyptian and international markets.
As XINXING’s local representative and business development partner, we supported the company’s journey from Foundation to Branding. Our work covered commercial setup, customer targeting, sales and marketing planning, quotation follow-up, forecasting, pipeline development, client coordination, project tracking, and strategic support for major infrastructure supply opportunities.
Today, XINXING exports from Egypt to international markets and supplies from the SCZone to the Egyptian local market in major national projects.
