SOIC ACADEMY

As SOIC’s experience in façade engineering and specialized project execution expanded, SOIC Academy was launched as one of the first specialized training initiatives in Egypt focused on façade engineering and related technical fields.

The Academy was developed in cooperation with 13 leading local and international factories, companies, consultants, and industry professionals in glass, aluminum, and façade systems. Through this model, SOIC trained more than 3000 engineers, consultants, university students, and technical professionals in facade engineering.

SOIC expanded training experience into SMES, Start-up provided leadership, entrepreneurial, time management, export readiness and other soft skills training for more than 1000 attendees.

SOIC Academy was not created as a theoretical training activity. It was built from real project experience and designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and market requirements.

We transformed field experience into structured knowledge and specialized training.

Training Sectors

Façade Engineering

This diploma provides an integral combination of the theoretical and practical knowledge.
The main objective of the Training is to provide graduates with a broad understanding and knowledge of facade engineering. This is to ensure that they will have the skill, knowledge and understanding to design, manufacture and construct building facades and cladding. The Training is intended to broaden graduates from their original disciplines to have an understanding of all aspects of the building envelope.

Export Readiness

A practical training program by SOIC Academy designed to prepare companies, startups, students, and fresh graduates for export and international trade.

The program helps businesses assess export readiness, select target markets, prepare products, understand documentation, pricing, logistics, trade agreements, buyer targeting, and export marketing.

It also prepares a new generation of export specialists equipped with the practical skills companies need to compete in global markets.

Ai for business

The program focuses on moving participants from basic AI awareness to practical workplace application, including prompt writing, business automation, data analysis, content creation, market research, customer communication, reporting, and responsible AI use.

It also supports building a new generation of AI-ready business professionals who can help companies adopt AI effectively, reduce repetitive work, improve execution speed, and compete in a fast-changing global market.

Soft Skills

The program focuses on building confidence, communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, presentation skills, time management, business etiquette, negotiation, adaptability, and career readiness.

It helps participants become more effective, professional, and ready to work in real business environments, while supporting companies in developing stronger, more reliable, and more productive teams.
