1. Refund Policy

• 30 days or more before course commencement: 100% refund.

• 14–29 days before commencement: 70% refund (30% cancellation fee).

• Less than 14 days before commencement: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee).

• If SOIC Academy cancels a course, participants may choose a full refund or an alternative training date.

• Refund requests must be submitted through official Academy contact channels.

• Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

• All cancellation fees are subject to applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws. Mandatory statutory rights prevail.

 

2. Privacy Policy

• Participant information is collected for registration, payments, attendance, communication, and certification.

• Personal data is securely maintained and is not sold or publicly disclosed, except where lawful disclosure or necessary sharing with authorized service providers applies.

• Online payments are processed through authorized payment providers.

• Training sessions, workshops, and events may be photographed or audio/video recorded for educational, documentation, and quality purposes, with appropriate notice.

• SOIC Academy may use photos, videos, recordings, and testimonials featuring identifiable participants on its website, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials only with separate, explicit consent.

• Personal information is processed in accordance with Egyptian data protection legislation.

3. Terms of Service

​

• SOIC Academy provides in-person (offline) training, with online registration and payment options.

• Enrollment is confirmed following successful payment and registration confirmation.

• Participants must provide accurate information and comply with attendance and training requirements.

• SOIC Academy may reschedule courses when necessary, subject to appropriate notification and participant rights.

• Certificates are issued upon fulfillment of applicable completion requirements.

• Training materials may not be reproduced or distributed without authorization.

• Sessions may be recorded for educational and documentation purposes. Promotional use of identifiable participants requires separate consent.

• Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund Policy and applicable Egyptian law.
