CSR & Community Impact

SOIC’s community impact is built on its founder-led commitment to community service, industry development, capacity building, youth empowerment, women participation, SMEs support, technical education, and sustainable development.

Through SOIC’s initiatives and Dr. Shaimaa Oleba’s active engagement across industrial federations, business associations, committees, civil society platforms, and institutional partnerships, SOIC works to transform practical experience, professional networks, and market knowledge into real community value through effective institutional support that turns public participation into tangible, actionable, and impactful initiatives.

For SOIC, community service is not only a social responsibility; it is a practical way to build capabilities, open opportunities, and create sustainable value for the next generation.

Institutional Participation

Contributing to industry dialogue, SMEs support, private-sector development, and practical policy-oriented discussions.

Industry, Economics and Policy Support

Through participation in federations, committees, associations, and public platforms, SOIC contributes to development initiatives that support Corporate and SMEs, small industries, women-owned businesses, startups, formalization, and export readiness.

Our engagement includes participating in initiatives for small industries, supporting the development of 200 companies, contributing to export qualification efforts, launching the “Help Manufacturers” initiative to help informal producers transition into the formal economy, supporting training initiatives for women-owned small businesses, and continuously working to empower startups across different sectors.

Contributing to international and African cooperation initiatives that support trade agreements, export growth, industrial localization, technology transfer, and stronger commercial exchange between Egypt and regional and international markets.
