Our Story

Get to Know Us

SOIC Infinity Solutions International S.A.E is an integrated business group built on 21 years of accumulated founder-led market experience shaped by Dr. Shaimaa Oleba. The journey began through her role as Co-founder and Executive Partner at Green Line Company from 2005 to 2011, where she gained hands-on experience in trade and import activities for glass and aluminum accessories.

In 2011, SOIC began its independent journey under the name Infinity solutions Company, working in trading, finishing works, and glass installation.

By 2015, the business expanded into SOIC Infinity Solutions International S.A.E, entering a stronger growth phase as an Egyptian Joint Stock Company operating in specialized contracting, façade projects, technical training, and large-scale project execution, while building a long-term growth direction aligned with Egypt’s development vision toward 2030.

From 2015 onward, SOIC became increasingly involved in major public and private projects, particularly in façade works, glass and aluminum systems, marble-related works, and specialized contracting. This phase transformed the company from a trading and finishing business into a stronger execution-driven group with real project experience.

In 2020, SOIC launched a specialized industrial complex for glass and aluminum, supporting engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, and execution for major national and private projects. This industrial and contracting foundation strengthened SOIC’s position as a group built from real market execution and connected it with a wide network of industrial and construction stakeholders, companies, factories, consultants, and governmental entities.

Since 2022, SOIC has entered a new strategic growth phase, expanding into business development, localization, export growth, co-manufacturing, and cross-border partnerships. Under its 2026–2030 five-year growth roadmap, the group is preparing to enter selected sectors including food-related trading, solar energy opportunities, home appliances, and hotel equipment.

Founder-Led Growth

Dr. Shaimaa Oleba

SOIC’s growth reflects a founder-led journey shaped by practical entrepreneurship, trade experience, specialized contracting, industrial exposure, governmental and public engagement, and business development.

The company’s direction is closely connected to the founder’s experience in markets, factories, suppliers, contractors, consultants, business communities, institutional networks, governmental affairs and  steak-holders locally and internationally.

This background gave SOIC a rare combination: understanding the real operational side of projects and products, while also developing the strategic ability to build partnerships, support companies, attract opportunities, and connect business with national development priorities.

From Trading to a Strategic Business Group

SOIC did not start as a consulting company. It started from trade, supply, import, and the construction market. Over time, the company expanded into finishing, specialized contracting, façade engineering, manufacturing, and large-scale project execution.

This practical base became the foundation for a broader strategic business group serving industrial solutions, local trade, export, construction materials, raw materials, training, business development, market access, and partnership opportunities.

The company’s strength today comes from combining hands-on execution with strategic thinking, commercial understanding, and relationship-driven growth.
